LEARNING SUCCESS!

Attention:  Moms of Kids with Learning Challenges

Take a deep breath...

"Finally, a revolutionary, comprehensive learning program that helps your child achieve higher grades, improved self-esteem, and a brighter future
in 6 to 8 months...guaranteed!"

From the desk of:
Carlene M. Wentworth, Ph.D.
Anderson, South Carolina
Thursday, 8:30 a.m.

Dear Mom,

Here’s a story you may be familiar with.  It’s 9 o’clock at night, and you and your child have been working on homework for two hours.  You’re almost finished and then realize there’s yet another worksheet to complete.  You are tired and frustrated. You’re snapping at your child. He (or she) just keeps saying, “Are we done yet? I wanna play on my Nintendo!”  You wonder how long this can go on…night after night…even year after year perhaps.  It just seems to take SO LONG for your child to get through the work, and the grades are suffering…

Did you know there are over 4 million children
in the United States diagnosed with a learning disorder?

Learning disorders affect boys at 2 to 4 times the rate of girls. In addition, ADHD is commonly diagnosed along with a learning disorder. What do learning problems and ADHD have in common? The brain – duh. This isn’t rocket science, folks. (But it is science.) Why is this important?

Learning Disabilities and ADD/ADHD are neurodevelopmental disorders, which means (1) their origins are rooted in the neurological system and (2) if we can find something that works at this level, something that can actually train the brain, we better grab it fast because that’s a real solution for a huge problem!

  • Are YOU aware of programs that can really help your child?
  • Are YOU overwhelmed by the thousands and thousands of websites, blogs, and articles that offer suggestions, advice, treatments, research and news?
  • Do YOU even know where to begin?
  • Are YOU afraid your child won’t get the education he (or she) needs?
  • Are YOU scared about your child’s future?
  • Are YOU stressed to the max?
  • Is it affecting YOUR MARRIAGE or FAMILY LIFE?

“OK, relax.  Wanna say bye-bye to homework headaches?

Great.  Let’s move on. “

I want you to know that there are many learning programs that can make a big difference in your child’s life.  But there isn’t a program on the market that can match the BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program.  Why?  (I’m so glad you asked.)

The BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program
for Ages 6 and Beyond:
A Step-by-Step Manual

A program that blends the best of
cognitive, neurological, and immunological research
into a cohesive, comprehensive learning program

(A program that, by the way, WORKS!)

Before I give you the details about this one-of-a-kind, amazing program, let me introduce myself.  I have a doctorate in psychology (wow!) and was a therapist with children and adolescents for several years.  I’ve taught at Clemson University and Anderson University (double wow)!  I homeschooled my children for a few years, and then something happened that changed my life.

My daughter went into the public school fifth grade in Belton, SC, and learning was a breeze.  My son went into the same public school, second grade, and learning was NOT a breeze.  On the second day of school, he came home terrified of his schoolwork.  His anxiety level was through the roof!  I thought that after a few days of sitting down and working with him on his homework, he’d realize that everything was ok.

Uh-uh.  No way.  For weeks, he went to bed worrying and dreading school the next day.  Taking him to school, he actually trembled and cried in the backseat.  I remember so clearly looking in the rearview mirror at his small, beautiful, terror-stricken face.

One Friday afternoon his teacher made a point to meet me as I picked up my son from school.  She said, “Mrs. Wentworth, Will is crying every day.”

I (being the therapist who understood such things…) said, “Isn’t he crying a little less each day?”

She said, “Well, no, not really.”

My “let-it-work-itself-out” strategy wasn’t working-itself-out.  It began to dawn on me that perhaps this was more than anxiety.  Maybe the anxiety was coming from his inability to do what other kids could do easily.  Maybe he had difficulty processing………No!  Could I have missed it?  Me?

My son was tormented because, to my surprise and horror, he was having what’s called auditory processing problems.  My son had LEARNING PROBLEMS!  (“But that couldn’t be.  Both his parents have Ph.D.s and teach at universities.  I mean, we’re SMART!”)

You know that feeling when you’ve missed something so obvious that you want to either laugh or cry?  Laugh because a puzzle has been solved.  Cry because it took you so long to figure it out.

I felt doubly stupid.  I missed it.  I’m trained to see it, but I couldn’t see it in my own child!  Mom guiltbig time.

So began my journey.  Oddly enough, most of the pieces of the puzzle were already available to me from years of reading and research in health psychology, cognitive neuroscience, immunology, and nutrition. In addition, my many years of studying music and working as a musician came into play.  Putting ALL of the pieces of the puzzle together, however, was a VERY interesting experience.  You might say that my entire adult life has led to the creation of this program!  (Divine guidance?  Oh yeah.)

And, by the way, my son is doing great in school! He's pulling all As and Bs in 6th grade.  Ta-da!

What will this learning program do for YOUR CHILD (and YOU)?

Your child NOW, more than ever before, has the chance to reach his (or her) FULL POTENTIAL.

What does this mean for your child?

  • Much LESS homework time
  • Better grades
  • Improved self-esteem
  • Enjoyment of reading
  • A more secure FUTURE

And what about you, Mom?  What does it do for YOU?

  • Much LESS homework time
  • The joy of watching your child succeed
  • The RELIEF of knowing that you can now RELAX
  • More time for spouse, friends, and your own pursuits
  • In a nutshell, PEACE OF MIND

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Dear Dr. Wentworth:

I am writing to thank you for your wonderful learning program! I contacted you concerning help for our grandchid from your listing in the telephone book.

Your program has been a great asset for us. You are using learning methods that we were not aware of, and they are working and strengthening our grandchild's reading and concentration.

Your tutor has been tremendous. She is a "real teacher!" She has made learning "fun" and has a unique way with young people.

We are extremely satisfied with your curriculum, and the results that we are seeing.

Sincerely,

Joanna Daniel
Anderson, SC"

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Dr. Wentworth,

We would like to heartily thank you for helping our son, SS, with his school studies and cognitive skills.

Katrina identified some definite problems with our son’s reading abilities and attention span early in his school years. It was after her careful research and contacting you that we were able to address these with significant results.

The BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program is a remarkable tool for parents to use in helping their children overcome memory, auditory, and visual processing issues which inhibit their capacity to retain information.

We did not realize how timing affects every aspect of our lives as parents, children, and students. The BrightHouse program is essentially a tool for successful learning habits and transitioning  into a career.  Not only has SS benefited from his sessions, we have also improved our cognitive skills by understanding the simple exercises foundational to your program.

May God continue to bless you. Again, thank you for helping our son.

Katrina and Roger S.

So what exactly IS this program, anyway?

To begin with, this program uses the most up-to-date, ground-breaking strategies from cognitive neuroscience…

I am so excited to offer you a one-of-a-kind learning program that fully addresses your child’s learning problems.  I wasn’t kidding when I said my entire adult life has led to the creation of this program

First of all, research in cognitive neuroscience has conclusively shown how to “train the brain”  by addressing the underlying cognitive skills that are necessary for all learning.  Some of these cognitive skills include:

  • Attention span
  • Short-term memory
  • Long-term memory
  • Auditory processing
  • Visual processing
  • Processing speed

How would you know if your child is having difficulties with these cognitive skills?

  • Weak attention span:  Your child would have difficulty focusing and concentrating.  He would have trouble remembering instructions because the instructions weren’t even heard.
  • Weak short-term memory:  Your child wouldn’t be able to hold information in memory long enough to make sense of it, or act on it.  For example, she wouldn’t remember the first few words of a sentence as she reads the last few words of the sentence.  Therefore, she wouldn’t be able to  comprehend what she has read. She might have difficulty remembering her multiplication tables.
  • Weak long-term memory:  Your child wouldn’t able to store information in long term memory.  For example, he wouldn’t remember the sounds associated with the letters “g,” “c,” “d”, etc.  Therefore, he would stumble a great deal while trying to read.
  • Weak auditory processing:  Your child’s hearing would be just fine, but the brain would be unable to fully process the auditory information.  Different sounds would sound similar to him.  He might hear “fear” instead of “near.”  He would find it difficult to understand instruction in a noisy environment (like a classroom).  He would have trouble reading because he would get the sounds mixed up, or he simply wouldn’t be able to “unglue” the different sounds of a word.
  • Weak visual processing:  Your child would have difficulty creating images in the mind.  Pictures in the mind wouldn’t occur naturally while reading, and comprehension would suffer. Your child's eyes may not be able to track well across a page, and his eyes might water and burn when he tries to read.
  • Weak processing speed:  Your child would seem to go in “slow motion,” especially when trying to follow complex directions.  For example, if Mom were to say… “Go upstairs, and clean your room.  Remember to empty your trash can and straighen up your bookshelf.” … this child would get to his room (slowly), He would know he’s supposed to clean it, but he wouldn’t be clear on what he’s supposed to do.  He would wander around the room doing little things here and there…very, very slowly.

Does this sound familiar to you?!  I’ll let you in on a little secret:  It’s really pretty easy to get these cognitive skills up to speed.  Cognitive neuroscience has shown us how, and the BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program utilizes this research to the max!

“Is there more?”

Oh, yes…

At last! Crack-the-code strategies
from an innovative new branch of science...

You do not have to wait any longer. The science is in. We know how to help your child! An innovative, new branch of biomedical science called psycho-neuro-immunology has given us over a decade of solid research.

Here’s the psychology part…

Many children with learning problems have come to believe that they are stupid, different, and even “bad.”  Some of these children resort to “acting out” their pain by getting into trouble.  Some of these children are diagnosed and given “labels” that make their self-esteem plummet.  Some of these children develop anxiety and depression.

I want to tell you that if I hadn’t found the answer for my son in the second grade, he most likely would have developed a full fledged anxiety disorder.  I’m afraid this would have led to him becoming a “trouble maker.”  I am so deeply grateful that I was able to help him, and that I am now able to help other children as well.

With the BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program, your child will begin to experience success in learning. This program is so much fun that your child will actually look forward to it!  It’s not at all like academic or school learning.  It’s brain training -- much like fitness training!  Your child will feel pride as she passes the levels.  She’ll also receive rewards that are built into the program to be sure that she remains motivated.

Here are the neurology and immunology parts…

Did you know that a huge percentage of kids with learning problems, when they were babies/toddlers, had multiple ear infections, multiple courses of antibiotics, tubes in the ears, and allergies?  Many of these children, teens, and even adults continue to be plagued with allergies.  What does this have to do with learning problems?  EVERYTHING!!!  Read on.

We are all born neurologically immature.  Our brains require stimulation to grow, make connections, and mature.  Our brains receive this stimulation through the senses, i.e. via information coming in through the eyes (sight), ears (sound), nose (smell), skin (touch) and mouth (taste).  Without this sensorial stimulation, the brain cannot grow and mature.  For example, if an infant were left in a completely darkened room, after some time, this child would be blind  Why?  Because the sight portion of the brain would have had no stimulation, nothing to make it “grow.”

So, let me ask you something...  What happens if a child has multiple ear infections?  Do the sounds in this child’s environment get through easily and perfectly to his developing brain?  Probably not.  And if not, the brain cannot mature to its full capacity for processing sound, right?!  (I told you this wasn’t rocket science…)

Now here’s the kicker!  (I get so excited about this stuff!)  Research has shown – without a doubt – that the brain can change and grow for as long as we live!  What’s more, a child’s brain is still REALLY easy to train – even if he missed out on crucial processing of sounds during his first few years of life!

The word is PLASTICITY, brain plasticity, and you are going to LOVE this word when you see what a difference it can make in your child’s life.

The BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program takes full advantage of brain plasticity by using specially designed techniques to give the brain what it’s cravingsensorial information.  These procedures use:

  • Sound:  We start with simple sounds and build to complex sounds until your child is reading easily.  We use a special little piece of equipment that helps your child hear himself very well (maybe for the first time!).  The sounds become automatic, and then your child can concentrate on the meanings of the words and passages he’s reading!  (This process works as well with 16 year olds as it does with 6 year olds, by the way.)
  • Vision:  We have procedures that improve visual tracking (which improves reading), visual discrimination (the difference between a “p” and “b,” for example), and near-far use of the eyes (handy for copying from the blackboard/whiteboard to paper).  We also teach a visual procedure that your child can use for taking notes, writing book reports, and even writing fiction and poetry!
  • Rhythm & Movement:  Timing and movement are crucial aspects of learning.  We use rhythm procedures that allow your child to clap, jump, throw balls, and have fun!  These procedures help your child’s brain to integrate sensory information more quickly and easily.
  • Music:  Music is used with many of the procedures because it activates the creative, spatial right hemisphere of the brain while the left hemisphere is being used to process more verbal, linear information.  This means that both hemispheres of the brain are being used simultaneously which increases “cross-talk” between the hemispheres.  This enhances learning tremendously!
  • Touch:  We use tangible, solid objects to teach intangible, complex concepts.  When a child is able to “touch” his own imagination in this way, reasoning and comprehension abilities soar!  It’s as if blinders have been removed, and the mind’s eye is readily accessible.

How do allergies fit in?  Have you ever had a reaction to pollen…your head ached, your eyes were pouring, your nose was draining…?  Could you think very well during that allergic reaction?  Some kids have a chronic version of an “allergic reaction,” an ongoing cascade of yucky symptoms.  In fact, many of the kids I’ve worked with are on Zyrtec year-round!  Some kids also have food allergies that can cause other kinds of symptoms (stomach aches, diarrhea, constipation, etc.).

How do allergies hinder learning?  Allergies occur when the immune system responds to what it views as an unwanted invader.  This immunological response is what kicks up all those nasty symptoms.  But here’s the thing:  the immunological and neurological system are interwoven and interrelated in so many ways that it’s hard to actually separate them!  Allergic reactions cause not only immunological responses but neurological responses as well!  Briefly said, allergies are like “neurological disruptors.”

So, of course, the BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program addresses allergies because they are so prevalent among kids who are having learning problems! When your child goes on the BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program, you will receive my "Special Report: Nutrition, Allergies, & Learning." It will explain in easy to understand language how nutrition and allergies are important in the learning process. You will also learn some simple, inexpensive, side-effects-free ways to reduce the symptoms of allergies.

"As a certified teacher in the state of South Carolina, I was looking for a way to help children learn. While tutoring a child last winter, I realized he just wasn't remembering anything. My work with him seemed almost a waste of his parents' money. When I came across the BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program, I was intrigued and hopeful. I am amazed and grateful to say that this program works! My student is doing things I never dreamed possible when I first began tutoring him! For the first time in his life, he is PROUD of his learning abilities. This has been such a rewarding experience. I will continue to use this program with children who have learning challenges. It just flat out works!" J Golden, Anderson, SC

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"OK, this sounds great. But who administers the program?"

We have tutors in in the Anderson and Greenville, SC areas who can administer the program in your home or public library. These are highly qualified, trained, and experienced tutors who know exactly what to do to help your child progress rapidly!

Did I mention that you can also purchase the manual and administer the program yourself? Yes! This program has been designed to provide the greatest flexibility possible for busy Moms and Dads. This means that you, a friend, or relative can administer the program.

Hey, I almost forgot: This program can also be done on the BrightHouse Online Tutoring Platform with a live, one on one, highly trained tutor/teacher! This means the program can be done ANYWHERE IN THE ENGLISH-SPEAKING WORLD. (Don't worry, non-English-speaking folks, I'm working on getting it translated...)

Oh, and one more thing: If you live anywhere in the United States, and you prefer a tutor to come to your home or nearby library to work with your child, just give me a couple of weeks, and I'll find you a highly experienced, certified teacher...complete with background and reference checks... AND fully trained on the BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program. Voila!

Which is the best option for your child?  Only you know!  But I’ll be happy to talk with you and help you decide.

“OK, I’m interested!  What exactly do I get?”

Learning Program

Picture this: Your child is sitting across the table from you or your child's tutor. There is a step-by-step manual open to the timing procedures. There are several interesting items available on the table...a stopwatch, games, ruler...The metronome is providing a solid, consistent beat...1, 2, 3, 4. (This is what musicians use to keep perfect time.) And your child is clapping on every 3rd beat...

Picture this: Your child has a transparency sheet over a line of consonant blends, and on every other beat on the metronome, he is sounding out the blends...

And this: Your child is staring at a pattern of cubes. She has 4 seconds to remember the exact cubes and their precise placement.

Or how about this: Your child is looking at a picture card. After studying it for a bit, he turns it over and tells the tutor everything he can remember about the card. The tutor prompts him with important questions.

Or maybe this: Your child is drawing a map...a map of her ideas...a map she will use to write an essay...

Picture this: Your child is talking about how he feels dumb and doesn't even want to try at school anymore. The tutor applies a simple procedure to help your child feel better about himself and even remove blocks to learning.

Sound intriguing? Every procedure in this program is designed to make your child's learning much easier and much more efficient.

Here’s a list of the modules used in the program with a brief description:

Module 1: Thoughts, Feelings, & Behaviors
This module is designed to help with upsetting or negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It will help the student to develop goals, positive thoughts, and positive feelings. This leads to enhanced functioning in all areas of life.

Module 2: The Body & Learning
This module is designed for the student who has trouble with coordination, both gross motor skills and fine motor skills, as well as difficulties with sequencing, whether at the level of speech and language or playing baseball. If the student has difficulty coordinating the body in space and in movement, if he has trouble writing legibly, if the muscles of his eyes don’t allow for good tracking, this module should be completed.

Module 3: Processing Efficiency
This module is as fundamental to the learning process as module 2. It will help the student to develop timing skills which are involved in all levels of sequencing abilities such as speech and movement. It will also help the student’s neurological processing to speed up. An efficient processing speed is crucial for taking in information and retaining it.

Module 4: Auditory Processing
The majority of my and my tutors’ students have auditory processing challenges. This module begins with learning to listen. Many students with auditory problems have learned to “tune out.” They have even learned to tune themselves out! In other words, they do not listen to their own voices, and this is a critical component for the student who is having trouble reading. Why? Reading is silently speaking to one’s self. If a student is not listening to himself, he will not be listening to himself when he’s reading, either aloud or silently.

Part 2 of the module focuses on the sounds of language. It is a very intense, back-to-basics-learning of the vowel sounds, consonant sounds, and consonant blends, and it provides the perfect foundation for learning to read and spell.

Module 5: Visual Processing
This module is for the student who needs help with eye tracking, who has trouble differentiating “b” from “d,” as well as other letters and shapes, knowing left from right, and copying from board to paper. This module isn’t typically needed as much as auditory processing. However, for some students this is the absolute critical piece to their inability to read and spell.

This module does not address visual stress syndrome, also known as scotopic sensitivity syndrome, and the Irlen syndrome. However, an Assessment for Irlen Syndrome is available at www.irlen.com as well as a list of screeners and diagnosticians across the U.S.

Module 6: Short Term Memory
Short term memory involves both the auditory and the visual systems. However, most students’ greatest difficulty is with auditory working memory. If a student has difficulty remembering multi-step directions, can’t tell you what she just read, gets distracted easily, and finds it difficult to stay on task, the culprit is most likely auditory working memory. This goes along with auditory processing difficulties. Therefore, most students who complete Module 4 will also need to complete Module 6. Visual short term memory is also included in this module.

Module 7: Long Term Memory
Most problems with long term memory are due to a student’s lack of understanding regarding the organization of information and how it associated with material already learned. In other words, learning comes more easily when it begins with simple information that provides a “frame” on which to hang newinformation as it comes in. Our educational system is based on this “accretion” model. However, some students do not necessarily understand this form of organization and have to be taught it explicitly. This module does just that.

In addition, the visual system is, by far, the superior system for remembering information. Some students may be strong visual learners, but they do not automatically “image,” or see pictures when they are reading. They have to be taught this skill explicitly. Again, this modules does just that.

Module 8: Reasoning
Following closely on the heels of Module 7, this module helps to further explicitly teach students how to organize information for understanding and retention. Students are taught to use a visual strategy for organizing, studying, writing short stories, essays, and studying for tests in such subjects as social studies and science. (Students’ real textbooks will be used in this module.) This module also includes logic exercises so that, again, students are taught explicitly how to understand the logic behind patterns. A card game is included as well which helps students to implicitly understand the logic in visual-spatial patterns.

Module 9: Reading & Spelling
This module is a guide to be used along with an excellent phonics book. While the author of this book recommends multisensory strategies and provides some games, this module will ensure that a minimum of four multisensory strategies are used to learn to read and spell.

This is a strong sound-to-code program that is crucial for many children to learn to read, especially if they have auditory processing problems. No matter the learning style of the student, this module will accommodate it. A student’s strongest system, whether auditory, visual, or kinesthetic, will be used. In addition, a student’s weakest system will be pushed through at least one strategy in each lesson. By the end of this module, a student’s ability to process each of these forms of information will be enhanced, and reading will be automatic. When this happens, the brain is free to comprehend what is being read.

Module 10: Reading Comprehension
This module focuses on explicitly teaching students how to see pictures and create “movies in the mind” while reading. It begins with simple strategies for learning to image and moves to strategies for using imagery with fiction. It then moves to strategies for mastering information in textbooks. Again, the students’ real textbooks are used in this module.

Did you notice the BHCLP includes a
FULL READING PROGRAM?

Oh, yes. Reading is an absolutely essential skill.  Did you know that more than 66% of fourth graders are reading below level in our country?  AND by 8th grade, they are STILL below reading level.  This is crazy! That’s why this program is designed to make sure your child does NOT fall through the cracks, or get lost in a bureaucratic maze. If your child has reading problems, this program will catch it and get him reading!  For real!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"I worked with a 9-year-old who was struggling with reading and processing speed. This little guy made tremendous progress. I've never seen anything like it! He greatly improved in every area. His grandmother told me she could see such a difference in him. He began reading road signs spontaneously. His mother said he was able to follow directions and clean up his room, something he'd never been able to do before. It was great to be a part of this child's successes!" Rick B., Greer, SC

Dr. Wentworth,

Here's the email I received from [my son's] teacher.

Hi Kate: I wanted to pass along some fantastic news. The class retook the Gates McGinitie reading comprehension test. Here are [your son's] results (grade level, followed by month):

In the fall: Vocabulary 4.0 In the spring: 6.0 (2 year increase)
In the fall: Reading Comprehension 6.0 In the spring: 8.6 (2.6 year increase)

WOW! Further proof on the progress he has made this year!

S.S., Fourth Grade Teacher
Greenville, SC

We are thrilled with these results! To me, this is the real proof that the program works!

Kate F., Greenville, SC
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“So...how does the program work?"

Great question!  It’s really quite simple.  We meet the student where he is and pushThis program provides the appropriate level of sensory information to your child so the neurological system can respond.  Then, at graduated levels, we push your child to do more – not to the point of frustration – but enough to make neurological gains.  We continue this process for 6 to 8 months depending on the needs of the student.  We also address psychological factors to help build your child’s self-esteem and reduce anxiety.

This is a program backed by rigorous science, and the benefits to your child include:

  • Increased attention span
  • Improved short term and auditory working memory
  • Improved long-term memory
  • Improved visual thinking
  • Improved visual tracking
  • Improved sound processing
  • Improved reading
  • Improved concentration
  • Improved comprehension
  • Improved behavior
  • Improved self-esteem and mood

"Do you have any data on your program's results?"

Indeed, I do. The below results are taken from pre- and post-testing done with students in the Anderson and Greenville areas of South Carolina over the last two years. Most of these students were on a six month program.

Cognitive Skill Improvement
General Intellectual Ability +4.25 years
Cognitive Efficiency

+4.20 years

Visual-Spatial Thinking +5.75 years

“OK, how much time is involved?  I’m very busy!”

I feel your pain! HERE'S THE DEAL: 2 to 4 HOURS PER WEEK FOR 6 TO 12 MONTHS!

Let me say it again: That’s only two to four hours a week for 6 to 12 months to change the life of your child.

"School officials wanted me to send my son to a special school for children with dyslexia and ADHD. Instead, I purchased the BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program. Three months on this program, and I feel like I have my real child. The changes in his behavior and ability to learn are just astounding. I can't thank you enough for creating this program and teaching it to me. I am telling everyone I know about this." Cindy T., Franklin, TN

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"After our son, BD, was on your program for about 3 months, he started doing VERY well in his first class outside of our home school. His first three test grades were 96 each! In fact, they had two teachers that split the students up, and he had the highest average for his group!!  I know it was because of the BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program.

BD is reading so much better.  We read Shakespeare out loud in school this year.  He is reading aloud in the classes that he takes at the co-op, too.  It is like a whole new world has opened up for him.  This is from the child who could barely read.  We will be starting back this summer doing more of the BrightHouse program.  We are hoping to advance even further.

Thanks so much for your hard work in putting this program together.  I don't know how he would have made it in this world without it!! "

"My daughter's teacher told me she had never seen a child improve so drastically so quickly. My daughter used to HATE going to school. Now she gets up in the morning excited about school! And you won't believe this: She was just chosen as Most Outstanding Student in her class! She is floating on air!" M. Martin, Williamston, SC

“Here’s the Big Question…
Is this program going to break the bank?”

Nope.  I love this part because I know you’re thinking that a program like this is going to cost thousands of dollars. I just got off the phone -- no joke -- with a Mom who was told by a local learning center that her child's learning program would cost about $16,000. Whoa! That's just crazy!  I know that many parents simply can’t afford to pay that kind of money, so I’ve worked very hard to bring you a program that’s affordable. Are you ready?

Here's the breakdown on the online tutoring rate for the program:

$36 per hour
$170 for 5 hours ($34 per hour)

Did I mention the program and tutoring are
TAX DEDUCTIBLE?!!

Yes! If I evaluate your child and determine that he needs to be put on the program, and he is tutored by a BrightHouse tutor who has been trained in the program, you may deduct the costs of the manual and the tutor's hourly fee. I will supply you with a reccomendation letter (a prescription of sorts) which you will use for your IRS records. At the end of the year, you're going to get back much of what you invested in your child. Isn't that simply amazing? (Many thanks to one of my clients who is also an accountant. She's the one who let me in on this little secret! If you want to read about this in an IRS publication, just click on the link to the right.)

What if my child needs the program AND subject support?

Not a problem! In fact, our tutors can work with your child on any subject while simultaneously working with your child on the program. We can also show your child how to use the skills and strategies in the program with academic work. It's called Applied Tutoring™ and it works like a charm! The synergistic outcome of subject support + BrightHouse Comprehensive Learning Program™ + Applied Tutoring™ is simply outstanding!

"OK, already! I'd be crazy not to take advantage
of this incredible opportunity. What do I do next?"

Alrighty. Just click on the link to the right to choose from 4 options...

Warm regards,
